Guidelines for Using Free Pads
1.    It is advisable to replace your pad every 7-8 hours, even on days of low flow or spotting.
2.    Should you encounter any discomfort or irritation during pad usage, we recommend discontinuing use. If irritation persists, please seek advice from a medical professional.

By accessing the Site, you commit to using it solely for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may harm the Site, involve fraud, or violate any laws.
