Return Policy
Your well-being is our top priority, and we maintain stringent hygiene standards. Considering the intimate nature of Free Pads menstrual and personal hygiene once delivered, all products are non-returnable.
However, in the rare occurrence of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us at care@freepads.co.in with the details and supporting image(s)/video(s). Each case is handled individually. Upon receiving your concern, we will conduct a thorough examination and notify you within a reasonable time. Please be aware that we only accept order-related concerns (such as damage, defects, or different product(s)) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order, including those automatically placed under Auto-repeat Plans, as long as it has not been handed over to our delivery partner.
Orders typically take about a day to be dispatched, and we recommend submitting cancellation requests within 100 minutes of order confirmation. If you wish to cancel within this timeframe, please contact us at care@freepads.co.in or call us at 08527839389.
For prepaid orders, the order amount will be processed within 2 working days of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the source account within 3-12 working days, following Payment Gateway Policies.
